Mallory is a Senior Research Associate at Laterite and specialises in public finance, policy analysis and program evaluation. Mallory holds a Masters degree in International Development and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Guelph in Canada and a B.A. from Mount Allison University. Mallory has a background in public finance having previously worked as an economist with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and as a research analyst at the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C.
