EvalYemen is a national organization, established on March 16, 2018, with a license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. (18-288) and started its work in August 2020. Since August 2020, EvalYemen became a Voluntary Organization for Professional Evaluation (VOPE) member of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) and a board member of EvalMENA.
The organization aims to enhance professional capacities of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), to spread the evaluation culture, and to provide institutional support for the government sector, civil society organizations, and the private sector through a set of actions, building effective partnerships with the common interest parties at the national, regional and international levels.

To be the pioneer in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning in Yemen, so it can support the development efforts.
Mission
Develop and promote evaluation culture and practices related to humanitarian relief and development, sustainable development goals, youth, and the environment in the public sector, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector through a set of actions and in cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
