The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the water property in the domain of the State. Its particular purpose is to determine the conditions under which the Minister of the environment is authorized to grant the alienation, lease or occupation of the property and to agree on the limits of such property. Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the state (R.S.Q., c. T-7.1).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to agricultural lands in the domain of the state. It applies to any agricultural land in the domain of the State, hereinafter referred to as “ungranted land”. It applies also to any agricultural land in the domain of the State considered as “land under concession”. No person may cut timber on ungranted land or on land under concession unless he is authorized to do so by the Minister, subject to paragraph 3 of Section 47, or if he fails to meet the conditions and to pay the duties prescribed by regulation.
Act to promote the reform of the cadastre in Québec (R.S.Q., c. R-3.1).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the reform of the cadastre in Québec. The cadastre of a territory shall be renewed by identifying each unit of the parcelling out of the territory on a plan and, where required, by changing cadastral designations, including the numbering. The Minister of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks shall prepare a cadastral renewal plan for a territory when he is of opinion that the parcelling out of the territory or the changes made to that parcelling out require it.

Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state (R.S.Q., c. T-8.1).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to lands in the domain of the state. In particular, it applies to all lands that form part of the domain of the State, including the beds of watercourses and lakes and the parts of the bed of the St. Lawrence river and the Gulf of St. Lawrence belonging to Québec by right of sovereignty.
