The Government of the Czech Republic (Czech: Vláda České republiky) exercises executive power in the Czech Republic. The members of the government are the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic (Chairman of the Government), the deputy ministers and other ministers. It has its legal basis in the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
The government is led by the Prime Minister, who selects all the remaining ministers. Government of the Czech Republic is responsible to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. The Prime Minister is appointed by the President of the Czech Republic.

This Act sets out conditions governing the marketing and use of fertilizers, barnyard manure, additive soil substances, additive plant preparations and substrates. Further the Act lays down conditions for carrying out agrochemical tests on agricultural lands and assessing soil properties of forest lands. Provisions on inspection and penalties are also laid down.
Decree on conditions of use of modified feces on landfills.
This Decree, which is composed o six articles, was prepared by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health.
Act establishing the State Fund for Soil Improvement.
This Act sets up the State Fund for Soil Improvement. It also lays down amendments to the the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and to the Agriculture Law. As from 1 January 2006, the State Fund of Soil Improvement takes over the rights and obligations pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture in matter of soil improvement.

Decree amending the Decree on use of modified feces on landfills.
This Decree amends Annex 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health on conditions of use of modified feces on landfills. The amendments concern taking samples of feces and soil.
