In this fifth mandate, the Royal Government of Cambodia promulgated the “Rectangular Strategy Phase-III” and “National Strategic Development Plan 2014-2018” and still considers the agricultural sector as the priority sector by clearly identifying that the enhancement of agricultural productivity, diversification and commercialization, the land reforming, the sustainable management of natural resources, notably forestry and fisheries resources, are the fundamental areas to accelerate the economic growth and poverty reduction of the Cambodian population.

Authorised representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan have agreed on the following: 1) Demarcation of the objects of management and mutual delegation of powers between the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the present Treaty.

Le présent arrêté fixe la longueur de la terre des bords de lacs et rivières affectée au domaine public de l’Etat pour la protection de l’environnement. La terre des bords des lacs jusqu’à une longueur de cinquante (50) mètres est du domaine public de l’Etat. La terre des bords des grandes rivières jusqu’à une longueur de dix (10) mètres et de cinq (5) mètres pour les petites rivières est du domaine public. La terre des bords des lacs et rivières visée au présent arrêté est une espace protégée.

Supreme Soviet, for the purpose of speeding-up privatisation, decrees that the objects included into the Annex 1 belong to exclusively to federal property. The objects included into the Annex 2 belong to federal property but some of them can be transferred to the republics within the Russian Federation, territories, regions, autonomous regions, autonomous areas, cities of Moscow and St.Petersburg. The objects of state property included into the Annex 3 must be transferred to the municipal property of cities (except for district towns) and districts (except for city districts).

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Lao Cai province.The plan aims at developing Lao Cai into a province with a high economic development ensuring economic growth, hunger eradication, and at dealing with cultural, social and environmental protection issues.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties and animal breeds of high yield and high quality; the management and use of land; development of mineral exploitation; development of water supply infrastructures.

This Act provides with respect to water resources management and water and sanitation in Kiambu County. It establishes two Water Service Providers and defines functions of the Department of Water and Sanitation Services. The Act furthermore concerns, among other things: water services; sustainable management of water resources; water and soil conservation; storm water management; sanitation services; and pollution control.

The Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania regarding the delimitation of jurisdictional subjects and plenary powers between the State Bodies of the Russian Federation and the State Bodies of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania must be invalidated from the date of enactment of the present Agreement.

En el presente número examinamos algunos de los retos planteados por los recursos hídricos a causa de la rapidez de las migraciones, y estudiamos una posible solución para intensificar el aprovechamiento de dichos recursos.

Many questions about customary legal developments go unexplained if no recourse is made to the connection between legal and economic systems. Since time immemorial they interact, justify and fertilise each other. Most of all, if we believe that customary laws and justice develop and transform themselves, the question is: how much does economic development influence legal institutions and rules?

Ce mois-ci, nous célèbrerons, le 22 mars, la journée mondiale de l’eau. Le thème retenu pour cette année est: l’eau pour les villes: répondre au défi urbain. Dans ce numéro, nous vous proposerons une analyse des grands défis auxquels sont confrontées les ressources en eau, en raison de l’accélération des migrations et nous évoquerons une solution possible pour une meilleure utilisation de ces ressources. Nous aurons également le plaisir d’accueillir une nouvelle secrétaire exécutive pour la Commission des ressources génétiques pour l’agriculture.

En 1999, la FAO publiait la première version française du Thésaurus multilingue du foncier. Cette version avait surtout pour vocation d'être mise à l'épreuve du terrain, c'est-à-dire soumise aux critiques constructives tant des usagers à la recherche d'informations et d'éclairages nouveaux que des experts du foncier. En effet, sur le fond comme sur la forme, sont apparus un certain nombre de points forts mais aussi des lacunes, relevés depuis 1999 par l'équipe des rédacteurs et par de nombreux autres spécialistes du foncier.
