The present Act lays down provisions relating to the: a) the installation and the tracking of cadastral survey forming the basis for the introduction and description of each property in the Land Registry; b) the documentation of the public private ownership restrictions.

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Act of 15 December 2010.The Ordinance regulates the levying of fees for use of spatial information of the “Geo-Data Infrastructure Liechtenstein”. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fees (II); Transitional and final provisions (III).

The present Ordinance implements the Land Survey Act of 19 May 2005. Article 1 establishes that the government shall allocate the works of the official land survey and define the rights and obligations of the surveyors. The Construction and Infrastructure Office shall be the competent authority according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance of 21 May 2012 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the catalogue of basic geo-data under federal legislation with competences of Canton and municipalities; the catalogue of basic geo-data under cantonal legislation; the catalogue of other geo-data according to article 12 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 12 article divided into 4 Parts as follows: Purpose, sphere of application (1); Spatial information system (2); Fees (3); Entry into force (4).

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes the Federal Act on spatial-information. Moreover the Ordinance provides a basis for a comprehensive spatial information system. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1);Organization (2); Geo-data catalogue , spatial information system (3); Register of public ownership restrictions (4); Official land survey (5); Financing and fees (6); Transitional and final provisions (7).

Article 17-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Technological substantiation of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity shall be based upon utilization of modern information technologies and systems for creation of geodetic, topographic and cartographic materials, collection, processing, keeping, storage, control, renewal, research, transformation, mapping, release and transfer of data”.

This Law establishes legal and organizational grounds for activities in the sphere of land survey and is aimed at regulation of relations between state bodies, local government, legal and natural persons with a view of ensuring stable development of land tenure.

The scope of this Law shall be to regulate relations in the sphere of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity, including distant zoning of the Earth, land-use planning, cartographic monitoring and land survey, with a view of provision of the state and the citizens with the outcome of geodetic and cartographic activity. Geodetic and cartographic activity shall be performed by certified geodetic engineers that shall be liable for the outcome thereof. Results of geodetic and cartographic activity shall be mapped graphically and shall comply with the established standards.

This Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for the functioning of state land cadastre. State land cadastre shall be unified state geoinformation system of data related to land located within state boundaries of the Ukraine, specifying purposeful use thereof, use restrictions, and also data on qualitative and quantitative characteristics of land, valuation thereof and distribution of land between owners and tenants.

The purpose of the present Regulation is to enforce the Planning and Building Law of 13 June 2010. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: Object (1); Building terms and measuring methods (2); Water bodies areas (3); Boundaries and building distances (4); Cantonal contributions (5); Final provisions (6). This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of conducting inventory of public land fund with a view of ensuring reliability of land survey and mapping data with the insertion of modifications and changes in land areas, distribution of land by categories irrespectively of the form of ownership. All land areas within the national boundaries of the Kyrgyz Republic, constituting national land fund, shall be subject to inventory.

This Act, consisting of 8 Chapters, establishes Delhi Geo-Spatial Data Infrastructure for Management, Control, Administration, Security and Safety of the above mentioned area. An Act to create, update, manage, disseminate, and share, for Delhi a geo-spatial data, map, system, application, portal of the land revenue records; public utilities including roads, water, sewerage. electricity, telecommunication/ internet services and other services of utility; property details, property ownership and the like, by entrusting the responsibility to Geo Spatial Delhi Limited.
