La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas y procedimientos para la prevención y lucha contra incendios en áreas rurales y forestales, tanto en bosques nativos como de cultivo, en el territorio de la Provincia de Jujuy. En este marco, la Ley prevé la elaboración del Mapa de Zonificación y del Plan Anual de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios en Areas Rurales y Forestales; asimismo crea el Fondo de Prevención de Incendios.

This Ordinance, made under the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005, implements provisions of the Act by, among other things: giving definitions of selected development operations including operations in relation to conservation areas and operations in relation to protected trees; registration of planning applications and publicity of such applications; and material considerations in respect of selected matters including protected trees.

This Order amends the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Saving and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011 in relation to relating to enforceability of obligations in respect of agreements entered into under section 75 of the Town and County Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, which was amended by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.

This Ordinance empowers the Council Committee to order in writing the owner or occupier of land to undertake or adopt such measures as they may deem necessary for the conservation of natural resources on such land and the prevention of injury to the natural resources on other land. Such Order may be made for prohibiting, regulating or controlling, among other things: (a) the breaking or clearing of land for the purposes of cultivation; (b) the grazing or watering of livestock; (c) the firing, clearing or destruction of vegetation; or (d) afforestation of deforestation.

This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered. The development plan and development management systems are modified so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other significant changes are made in respect of planning appeals and enforcement.

This Act, consisting of 156 sections divided into twelve Parts and completed by one Schedule, establishes a comprehensive set of legislative provisions dealing with state conservation and land management matters. It establishes a number of statutory bodies including the Conservation Commission of Western Australia, the Marine Parks and Reserves Authority, and the Marine Parks and Reserves Scientific Advisory Committee, and it defines their composition, and functions and powers.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999, in relation to Wales, by inserting a new regulation 9A to make provision for the form and content of applications for consent to carry out work on trees subject to a tree preservation order. They also make consequential amendments.

Forestry Commissioners (Climate Change Functions) (Scotland) Order 2012 (S.S.I. No. 77 of 2012).

This Order amends section 1 of the Forestry Act 1967 by modifying, in accordance with section 59 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, the functions of the Forestry Commissioners, to enable and require them to use land in Scotland placed at their disposal in the such a way as to contribute to the delivery of the climate change targets which are set in or under that Act.

Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation)(England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 605 of 2012).

These Regulations make provision regarding the making of tree preservation orders under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which protects trees in conservation areas. They, among other things: prescribe the form of tree preservation orders and the procedure for their making, provisional effect, confirmation, variation and revocation; set out prohibited activities in relation to a tree protected by an order; and provide exceptions.
