The National Environmental Strategy and Action Plan is a sectoral national strategy document of Iraq. It applies for the period of 2013-2017.

This Decision approves the master plan on basic geological surveys of minerals through 2020, and orientations toward 2030, with the following principal contents: Viewpoints: a) To plan the survey and discovery of minerals together with the making of maps of area geology, hazard geology, environmental geology, marine geology and mineral resources, and geological and mineral research maps of 1:50,000 scale for the mainland and equal or larger for Vietnam's maritime zones along with detailed surveys, aiming to clarify the structure, genesis and development of the earth's crust to serve socio-e

Section 2 of this Chapter sets out findings and defines policy goals regarding the protection of the Seashore Reserve (defined in section 3). One of the particular goals is to protect wildlife, marine life, and other ocean resources, and the natural environment, to preserve the ecological balance of the seashore reserve and prevent its deterioration and destruction. The Guam Territorial Seashore Protection Commission is created under section 4.

These Regulations implement, in relation to town and country planning in Wales, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances in relation to inclusion of objectives in land-use policies of preventing major accidents and limiting the consequences of such accidents.

The Act applies to Tøndermarsken area and aims to protect the outer borders and the lower part of watercourse Vidå and establish it as a conservation area of national and international interest. Construction, fishing, hunting and planting of trees and plants are not permitted. Dyke systems are applied to watercourses for water supply.

This Resolution establishes the Regulation of the Environmental Planning of Alqueva Dam (PROZEA). This Regulation consists of 5 chapters, and is a special environmental plan (PEOT), according with Decree-Law No. 380/99 regulating actions and activities for the management, use and transformation of land and water.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto regular el uso y aprovechamiento sostenible y garantizar el acceso de la población a las zonas costeras marinas y lacustres, así como de las islas que tengan población permanente, en aspectos relacionados con el funcionamiento de la Comisión Nacional de Desarrollo de las Zonas Costeras (CDZC), que estará coordinada por el Instituto Nicaragüense de Fomento Municipal (INIFOM).

La presente Orden aprueba el Programa de Acción Nacional contra la Desertificación (PAND), en cumplimiento de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas de lucha contra la desertificación en los países afectados por sequía grave o desertificación, en particular en África, hecha en París el 17 de junio de 1994.
