De rol die voorlichting kan spelen bij het landinrichtingsbeleid, wordt in sterke mate beinvloed door het feit dat het belang dat dit beleid tracht te dienen gewoonlijk slechts ten dele overeenstemt met hetgeen de betrokkenen als hun belang zien. Ook het belang van de boeren, de natuurbeschermers, de recreanten en de belastingbetalers is lang niet altijd met elkaar in overeenstemming. Het is een politieke beslissing welk gewicht aan elk van deze belangen wordt toegekend.

Time series of vegetation indices (VI) derived from satellite imagery provide a consistent monitoring system for terrestrial plant productivity. They enable detection and quantification of gradual changes within the time frame covered, which are of crucial importance in global change studies, for example. However, VI time series typically contain a strong seasonal signal which complicates change detection. Commonly, trends are quantified using linear regression methods, while the effect of serial autocorrelation is remediated by temporal aggregation over bins having a fixed width.

El año 2018 Bolivia ha iniciado por primera vez en su historia, la producción de dos fertilizantes químicos importantes para la agricultura: la urea producida en la planta de Bulo Bulo (Chapare-Cochabamba) y el muriato de potasa (cloruro de potasio) en base a los yacimientos evaporíticos del salar de Uyuni. Así lo muestran los estudios realizados desde hace varios años por organizaciones científicas,  todos ellos advierten sobre la emergencia del cambio climático y la necesidad de reducir la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero provocados principalmente por las actividades humanas.

The Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy is a strategic instrument with a national coverage which sets out the goals to be attained for sustainable development and outlines related measures and actions to be undertaken. The national environmental action strategy ensures continuity to the European Union action, namely through the Sixth Environmental Action Plan, with the targets regarding social cohesion, full employment and environmental protection approved by the Council of Europe in Lisbon and Göthenburg.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992. Article 3 substitutes class 6H of Part 1A of the Schedule to the 1992 Order to provide permitted development rights for the installation, alteration or replacement of an air source heat pump on or within the curtilage of a dwelling.
