This Act provides for the description of a cooperative and dictates how cooperatives must operate. It governs all cooperatives incorporated in the Province of Saskatchewan, with the exception of credit unions and caisses populaires, which are regulated under a different piece of legislation, the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act.

The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Ontario Co-operative Corporations Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution. The Act concerns local government in Wales. It mainly concerns reform (merger) of local authorities in Wales and amends existing legislative provision in the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 and the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013. The Strategy for the Development of the Forestry and Pastures Sector in Albania is a national strategy with a sectoral approach, whose objectives are: a) protection of forests, pastures and biodiversity; b) encouragement and maintenance of the sustainable management of forests and pastures; c) consolidation of linkages with the market economy; d) involvement of local stakeholders and users in the development of the forestry sector; e) institutional and legal reform of the forestry sector at national and local level.

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of the Regional Assembly, Regional Government and regional executive bodies in the sphere of land tenure and land management. It envisages the issues of land governance and, in particular, the modalities of lease of land in accordance with contracts, terms and conditions of allotment of agricultural land to citizens. It also establishes minimum and maximum land areas conceded in ownership to citizens for horticulture, gardening and suburban housing construction, and also concession of public and municipal land to citizens for stockbreeding.

The Food Security Policy is a national instrument with a multi-sectoral approach, whose long-term goal is to significantly improve food security of the population. The goal implies increasing agricultural productivity as well as diversity and sustainable agricultural growth and development.The policy aims to help eliminate hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.

This Act amends the Local Government Act in various provisions concerning, among other things: administrative organization of village or parish administrative units; local budgets including local development plans; review of local development plans; elections; interim councils and financial arrangements.
