PhD in Development Studies from the Australian National University, Binod brings over 20 years of multi-sectoral international development experiences, which broadly include project development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, research, and reporting. The experience includes 10 years of leading roles on monitoring, evaluation, and research with the organizations engaged poverty reduction, gender equity, inclusive and sustainable growth through natural resources management.
Over 20 years, Binod served in various capacities from grassroots to corporate levels and worked with the multi-country and multi-donor funded programmes. He has worked for international organizations on projects funded by donors, such as the Governments of the United Kingdom (DFID/FCDO), Australia (DFAT), European Union (EU), Norway (NORAD), Switzerland (SDC), Sweden (SIDA), USAID and USG departments, and private foundations. Currently Binod works as the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for USAID funded private sector support program – USAID Green Invest Asia.
