This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on protection of agricultural and forest land. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning allocation of agricultural and forest land for non-agricultural and non-forest purposes (art. 7 of the amended Act) and recultivation of agricultural and forest land (art. 22b).

Regulation on detailed requirements concerning the location, construction, exploitation and closure of individual types of wastes yards.
The Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 23 Paragraphs. Requirements concerning location, construction, exploitation and closure of waste landfills, must ensure the protection of human health and the environment, and in particular prevent the pollution of surface and underground waters, soil, land and air.

Regulation establishing form of report used for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.
An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex.
Regulation amending Regulation establishing conditions which have to be fulfilled while inserting sewage into water or land, and establishing substances particularly harmful to water environment.
The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes new conditions which have to be fulfilled while inserting sewage into water or land, and amends the list of substances particularly harmful to water environment. Annex 1 specifies maximum values of pollution indicators for treated industrial sewage. Annex 2 lays down referential methodologies of sewage samples analysis.
Regulation concerning method of making available information on environment.
The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 12 paragraphs and one Annex. Information on environment is made available via public telecommunication network in the form of: processed results of measurements; annual evaluation of quality or classification prepared for the last year; long term evaluation of quality or classifications concerning directions and dynamics of changes; comments, including methods applied for examination and measurement. The information is free of charge.
