Regional Law No. 488-OZ “On cultural heritage”.
This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall have the following competence in the sphere of cultural heritage: (a) registration of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) establishes the modalities and the rates of payment for valuation of land plots pertaining to the objects of cultural heritage; and (c) appoint authorized state institution competent in the sphere of cultural heritage.
Regional Law No. 179-OZ “On plenary powers of state bodies and local self-government in the sphere of land relations.
The scope of this Regional Law shall be delimitation of plenary powers between legislative and executive state bodies, and local self-government in the sphere of land relations.
Regional Law No. 646-OZ “On some issues related to turnover of agricultural land”.
This Regional Law establishes price of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property, minimum lease period thereof, and procedure of conciliation on location of agricultural land plots allotted as land share in common land property. Minimum lease period for arable land, hayfield, pasture and other categories of agricultural land shall be 3 years.
