Improvement of cadastral assessment models. Summary of the Doctoral thesis for the scientific degree of Dr.oec.

Research hypothesis: research of cadastral assessment models makes scientifically basic for purposeful improvement. Research goal to test the hypothesis: to explore development of cadastral valuation in Latvia, to analyze and to evaluate models of cadastral assessment and give proposals of improvement. Tasks to be performed in order to reach the goal: 1) to summarize development of real property cadastral valuation, as well as evaluate kind of system of mass or cadastral assessment; 2) to research legislation of cadastral assessment; 3) to evaluate data of building land and rural land cadastral assessment; 4) to analyze basis of cadastral value; 5) to evaluate results of municipalities specialist’s questionnaire and inference of experts about improvement of cadastral assessment models; 6) to frame proposals of improvements of cadastral valuation models, considering principle of parity and based to indicators of cadastral assessment.
