The Guideline provides for areas of the public forestry and pasture fund that may be leased according to the public competition/bidding procedures.
This Law amends Law No. 8318 on leasing the agricultural and forest lands. It consists of 3 articles re-defining land leasing conditions of the aforementioned areas and establishing requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a leasing contract for agricultural or forest exploitation.

Law No. 14/2012 amends Article 2 of the Law No.9693 of 2007 regarding areas of pasture fund that re-enter the agricultural land fund. This inclusion maybe done only for areas newly planted with trees that are part of the long term national programs and policies.
This Law amends and supplements article 11 of Law 8752 of 2001 dealing with permits needed for construction on agricultural lands.

This Law amends and supplements articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 9244 of 2014.
Areas of public forest and pasture maybe leased to public or private entities through public biddings. The designated bodies for examining and approving the awards, rules of procedure, and the type of activities allowed on these areas are provided for in the Instruction.
