The Act sets regulations concerning cadastral designation and registration. If a cadastral property is registered as a farming property, it will include added agricultural areas as well. The cadastral regulating authority is the Danish Geodata Agency.
The Order partly amends Order No. 106, whereby it change provisions for the protection of agricultural land against soil erosion. From the harvest period to 15 February of the following year there may not be made subsequent plowing of contiguous agricultural land of 5 000 square mt.
The Order applies to all animal fertilizers (manure). Its purpose is to set regulations on standards for the establishment of animal keeping compounds and the storage of such biomass.

This Order implements regulations related to organic fertilizers for soil of animal contents. Restrictions apply to specific categorization of organic fertilizers and soil improvers produced by certain methods (i.e. milk based products, colostrum and colostrum-based products).
The Order sets guidelines for the regulation of interest rates applied to governmental loans to tenant farmers in accordance to article 26 of Order No. 662 of 14 August 1997 on governmental smallholdings and rents.
The Order inserts article 4a which reads: "No application for the awarding of subsidy shall be submitted as of 1 March 2012".
