Showing items 1 through 9 of 11.Article 349 of the Penal Code addresses the illegal acquisition of property and use rights of agricultural and silvicultural land. Persons eluding legal restrictions or prohibitions may be punished with one to five years of imprisonment.
This Act is composed of 20 chapters and it is divided into 148 articles.
This Act lays down rules regarding the acquisition of property rights of agricultural and forestry lands, the institution of usufruct right on such lands, the use of land, the control on restrictions relative to the acquisition of land, and rules regarding local land commissions.
Article 1 of the Decree provides the definition of animal density to be used for the purposes of this Decree. For the calculation of animal density, livestock units shown in Annex 1 shall be used.
In case of existence of a right of pre-emption on an arable land or farm, the proprietor must notice the offer to buy, before the stipulation of the contract, to the persons entitled to pre-emption or privileged lease.
This Decree provides detailed rules regarding the publication of sales and lease contracts by announcement in the interest of those who are entitled to execise their pre-emption or pre-lease right over agricultural or forestry lands.
This Decree establishes that the competent territorial and local authority for land management is the countrywide network system of land offices (county and ditrict offices)and the central authority is the Land Survey and Remote Sensing Institute (FÖMI).
This Decree shall be applied to procedures, legal transactions, legal relations in connection with the utilization of land parcels of the National Land Fund, and to natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality taking part in such affairs.
This Decree applies to arable and, exceptionally, to uncultivated lands forming part of the state-owned propriety, which are managed by the Hungarian National Land Fund Company according to the principles of land tenure policy.
