The purpose of this Act is to promote the proper land use and improve the environment in rural community.
This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.
These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of land assets in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecturerationally develop, utilize and manage land assets and protect land resources.
These Measures consist of six Chapters. Chapter 1, General Provisions, provides for the land administration, it restricts the conversion of land. Chapter 2 concerns the ownership of the land. Chapter 3 regulates the management of the right of use.
These Regulations aim to strengthen land management, protect land resources, utilize lands rationally, protect cultivated lands, improve ecological environment, and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
The Measures are formulated in accordance with the 9th article of the Land Law of Tai Wan, are divided into V Parts: General Provisions (I); Cadastre (II); the Land–use Right (III); Land Tax (IV); and Expropriation (V).
These Regulations are formulated in order to execute the national primary policy of the rational utilization of land and protecting the farmland, carry out the restriction of land use, to control the total amount of land use for construction.
The Measures are formulated according to the Land Administration Law and its implementing regulations. The Land Administration Law shall regulate the right of use the state owned land or the collective land.
These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilization of land in Shanxi. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction.
