The Order sets regulations on the formation of the Land Inspection Board (LIB), which consists of 3 members appointed by the Minister of Environment after recommendation by the Ministry of Justice, Geo Data Board and the Danish Association of Chartered Surveyors.
The Order applies to the application for appointing survey and cadaster land inspectors. These requests shall be submitted to the National Survey and Cadaster authorities in order to obtain professional international authorization of duty qualification.
