Land Groups Incorporation Act 1974
Address on international cooperation in economic development - discusses development aid, the gap between the rich elite and the general population within developing countries, and the need for land reform, more equitable income distribution, and resources mobilization.
This Act provides for the establishment of subordinate courts to the High Court in each District, and provides with respect to the jurisdiction, proceedings and administration of such courts. There shall be three classes of subordinate courts for each District.
