Creation of an Indigenous Fund to finance projects and initiatives developed during the elaboration of the territorial and environmental management plans (PGTAs) of the indigenous lands of Rio Negro in the last five years and in dialogue with the National Policy for Territorial and Environmental Management of indigenous lands in the Brazil.
