This Law, of 120 Sections and Five Annexes, gives definitions and establishes conditions for mining procedures in Israel. Prospecting or digging of mines without a permit is forbidden. The Minister of Development may close certain areas to prospecting or mining.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to coal. For the purpose of this Act "coal land" means land in which the coal or the right to explore for, develop and produce coal is vested in or reserved to the government. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as, “coal land reserve”, “lease”, “licence”, “location”, “owner”, “protected heritage property”, “recorded holder”, “surface area”.

This Regulation is composed of 19 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Selling or leasing lands in the Aqaba EEZ shall be subject to the zoning of lands and buildings approved by the Board of Commissioners (art. 4). The Board may sell or allocate any of the Authority’s Lands to Governmental Bodies and worship homes (art. 5). Whoever purchases a land from the Authority in order to carry out a project thereon, shall be obliged to complete it within the period fixed by the Authority and not later than 9 years (art. 8).

Decree No. 135/2005/ND-CP on contractual assignment of agricultural land, production forest land and land with water surface for aquaculture in state-run agricultural farms and forestry farms.

This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.

Resolution No. 2 of 1990 establishing the Complaint Central Committee related to the expropriation of lands for public utilities.

This Resolution is composed of 12 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and management of the Central Committee for Complaint related to the land expropriation for public utilities under the control of the Minister of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs. Article 2 defines duties and competencies of the Committee provided for in Law No. 13 of 1988 in particular: ownership expropriation compensations; ownership and owner’s rights of temporary expropriated lands . Article 6 decrees the establishment of the Complaint Register at the Expropriation Department.

This Law is composed of 4 Chapters divided into 25 articles. Chapter I deals with definitions and terms and defines the steps for the concession and exploitation of State lands. Chapter II provides for the definition of private State lands, concession rights, exploitation rights, ownership transfer and land leasing. Chapter III contains offences and penalties. Chapter IV gives general provisions necessary for the issuance of resolutions and regulations for the implementation of this Law.

This Act of New Zealand, consisting of 24 Parts and three Schedules, provides for matters of government of the Cook Islands, for various matters of general law of the Cook Islands and for the administration of various matters relating to public and private land.The Act provides for the institution of Island Councils and the High Court of the Cook Islands. This Law is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 decrees desert lands a private State property. Article 2 deals with the following matters: appropriation of desert lands before the issuance of this Law shall not considered an acquired rights of disposal or decision nor compensation either real rights on these lands; all tribunals, judicial committees and cadastre judges shall abstain from examination, decision, valuation and judgment in complaints and denunciations related to desert lands (Albadeya); and, stopping registration of desert lands.
