Showing items 1 through 9 of 82.This Order sets forth the procedure for performance of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land (arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and layland) and and non-agricultural lands incorporated in agricultural land areas.
The Measures, containing 46 Articles divided into 9 Chapters, provide for the preparation, examination and approval, implementation, revision and supervision of the overall land use planning.
Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Period of lease of agricultural land plots of drained land or with drainage and land reclamation works in course, destined for agricultural production, and smallholding, shall not be less than 10 years”.
The purpose of these Measures is to regulate the investigation, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of cultivated lands.
This Action Plan on Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution is a cross-sectoral Plan issued by the State Council regarding prevention and remediation of soil pollution to comprehensively improve the nation’s soil quality by the mid-21st century.The coverage of the Plan is national.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Farming shall be considered entrepreneurial activity performed by natural persons in the sphere of production of agricultural commodities, processing and trade thereof, with a view of generating income, on plots of land transferred thereto
Article 134 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sale of plots of public or municipal land to natural persons shall also include haymaking, grazing and residential housing construction purposes”.
