Showing items 1 through 9 of 75.The present Decree approves the Regulation which shall govern the installation and functioning of waste landfills. Article 2 defines the application scope. The Regulation shall apply to establishments engaged in the management of non hazardous waste.
The conditions and method of use and parcelling out of lands, and building must be determined by urban development plans and by local building regulations. Urban areas may be divided into built-up areas or non-built-up areas.
This Decree provides that municipalities shall create a cadastre registering all their immovable properties and keep it updated. The content of cadastre is also addressed.
The purpose of this Act is to determine in detail the transfer of ownership of state owned assets to local government, and so to ensure the necessary assets to the functioning of the latter.
The intention of the Law is to allow acquisition of title to agricultural land as compensation for property loss as a result of State intervention in the past, considering the interest in continuous agricultural development as well.
There is hereby laid down the legislative framework relevant to land expropriation, which shall be allowed only for public purposes. The Act defines with detail the procedure to be followed and provides for the compensation which is to be paid to owners.
The present Decree, which repeals Decree of 22 February 2006 on the landfill of waste, establishes the regulatory framework applicable to the installation and functioning of waste landfills.
Plant protection and soil conservation stations are part of the national administration. They are established in each county and in the capital and are supervised by the Minister of Agriculture through a specialized division of the Ministry.
Article 3 and the annexes to this Decree define credit guaratee value and provide detailed rules for determining the commercial value of agricultural land as guarantee for land-based credit.
