This Law amends the Registered Land Law with respect to plans and procedures for subdivision of land.
These Rules amend the Registered Land Rules (2003 Revision) in the Third Schedule by inserting new Forms on dedication of private land for public access and the registration of covenants.

This Act seeks to improve control over and administration of public lands. It assigns to the Minister responsible for Crown land the responsibility for Government policy respecting public land and establishes the e Public Lands Commission.
These Regulations amend the Development and Planning Regulations (2013 revision) in regulation 8 by inserting after subregulation (14), two subregulations on volumetric plans, also for the purpose of calculation of waterfront properties.

These Regulations amend the Land Survey Regulations in regulation 2 by inserting new definitions and by repealing Part VIII and substituting a new Part on Plans for Registration.

These Rules implement provisions of the Registered Land law by prescribing forms and the form of the register and by providing with respect to fees. A register shall be in one of the forms prescribed in the First Schedule. A land certificate and certificate of lease shall be in the forms prescribed in the Second Schedule.
These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the Regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Land Surveyors Board.
This Law concerns land surveys and marking of boundaries of land in the Cayman Islands. It establishes the Land Surveyors Board, regulates the conduct of land surveyors licensed and registered under this Act and requires survey plans and records to be deposited with Chief Surveyor. There shall be a Chief Surveyor appointed by the Governor who shall direct all public surveys.
