This Act amends provisions of the principal Act with the scope of bringing about improvement of the offer of arable land including land suitable for fast growing timber forestry.
Section 11 forms part of first paragraph (entitled “Hereditary lease”) which forms part of the third Chapter entitled “Granting of rights in respect of lands of the domain”. Section 11 regulates the use of plants and trees present on the public lands tenured in long-term lease.
This Decree lays down rules for the consolidation of land in so-called "concentration areas", i.e. areas with a high concentration of agricultural activities. The consolidation of land shall be done in accordance with a system of valuation of the land and a land consolidation plan.
Decree regulating the rent for the lease of agricultural land. The Decree seeks to re-establish a balance between interests of the lessee and those of the lessor.
The land tenant shall be allowed to freely use of plants and trees that are planted by others, as far as such use is not excluded in the allocation order and subject to payment imposed by laws for the logging for other purposes than own use.
This Decree specifies circumstances in which the Office for the Administration of Agricultural Land may allocate agricultural land in leasehold pursuant to article 57, first comma, of the Agricultural Land Transaction Act. The circumstances include succession and expansion of the farm.
This Decree amends the Decree containing further rules relative to land consolidation in concentration areas so as to give effect to new provisions for the consolidation of land in general as laid down in the new Town and Country Planning Act.
This Act provides for monitoring and control of the alienation of agricultural lands and nature areas for purposes of a balanced market development and to ensure the priority right of acquisition of agricultural lands and nature areas by the Office for the Administration of Agricultural Land.
