Showing items 1 through 9 of 11.The purpose of the regulation of urban areas is to achieve rational use of the built environment and infrastructure; regulate local constructions; develop and protect natural and artificial environment; harmonize national, regional, local and private interests.
This Act must be applied to land and to real estates classified other than land. It lays down provisions regarding land management, land protection and evaluation, and soil conservation.
This Decree provides that before supplying data for land surveying activity having real estate registration purpose, the congruency between data contained in the uniform real estate registration database must be verified.
The conditions and method of use and parcelling out of lands, and building must be determined by urban development plans and by local building regulations. Urban areas may be divided into built-up areas or non-built-up areas.
This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records.
The territorial competence of land offices proceeding as real estate authority is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
This Decree establishes that the competent territorial and local authority for land management is the countrywide network system of land offices (county and ditrict offices)and the central authority is the Land Survey and Remote Sensing Institute (FÖMI).
Offices are organized on a territorial basis: county and district offices, and sub-branches. Territorial competencies are determined in the annex. Offices deal with land administration in the capacity of representatives of the State.
This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices).
