Le Plan d’action pour la gestion des risques agricoles au Niger (PAGRA) s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement agricole et de sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle de l’Initiative « Les Nigériens Nourrissent les Nigériens » (3N).

The present Act requires that 581 First Nations, defined as an Indian band under the Indian Act, make their audited consolidated financial statements and a Schedule of Remuneration and Expenses of chief and council available to their members as well as publish it on a website.

This Act makes amendments to the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 so as to provide for the protection of ancient monuments and historic buildings in Wales. It also provides for the establishment, constitution and functions of the Advisory Panel for the Welsh Historic Environment.

La présente loi a pour objet de définir le cadre général de gouvernance des zones économiques spéciales au Sénégal (ZES). Les zones économiques spéciales sont créées par décret après la réalisation d’une étude d’opportunité initiée par le Ministre chargé de la Promotion des Investissements.

This Act provides with respect to local government in accordance with section 187B of the Constitution, which requires an Organic Law to provide for, or make provision in respect of, the form and the manner of establishment of the Provincial Governments and the Local-level Governments. The system of Provincial Governments established by this Organic Law applies to the government of the National Capital District and the provisions of this Organic Law relating to Provincial Governments apply to the National Capital District.

This Act provides administration arrangements for the city of Kampala and provides with respect to its development, physical planning. It establishes the Capital City Authority and the Metropolitan Physical Planning Authority. The Minister may, in consultation with the Authority and with the approval of Cabinet, establish divisions within the Capital City and alter the boundaries of those divisions. The Capital City shall have the lower urban councils under the Authority: (a) Division urban councils; (b) ward urban councils; and (c) village urban councils.

The principal Act is amended by repealing and replacing section 3. This section allows the Minister to delegate to either any Minister of State appointed to assist the Minister, or to the Commissioner or any other senior officer of the Ministry responsible for Lands, his or her authority to carry out any of the functions under the provisions of this Act, other than sections 5(2) (Appointment of an advisory Committee), 23 (rules and regulations with respect to reserves created under section 6 of the principal Act), and 44 (Regulations to give effect to sections 41 to 46).

This Act amends the Registered Land Act by inserting a new section 3A, which allows the Minister to delegate certain functions. The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, delegate to any Minister of State appointed to assist him, the exercise or performance of all or any of the powers or functions conferred upon the Minister under the provisions of this Act specified in this Act (The specified provisions are those conferred functions on the Minister (other than sections 4, 110(5) (a) and (b) and 156).

La présente loi définit le dispositif d’incitations applicable dans les zones économiques spéciales (ZES) à travers: le statut foncier des zones économiques spéciales, les règles d’attribution et de gestion des terrains compris dans leur assiette ; le régime fiscal et douanier applicable auxdites zones ; la réglementation des changes applicable aux opérations des entreprises exerçant au sein des ZES ; le régime dérogatoire aux règles communes en matière de droit du travail ; et l’accès à l’électricité.

La présente loi fixe le cadre juridique général de l’aménagement du territoire national dans une perspective de développement durable à l’échelle, nationale, provinciale, régionale et communale. Il peut également s’effectuer entre deux ou plusieurs Collectivités territoriales décentralisées. Elle en définit notamment les principes directeurs, les objectifs, les différents outils et les moyens de mise en œuvre en conformité avec les orientations formulées dans la politique nationale de l’aménagement du territoire.

La Loi présente est composée de 174 articles repartie en sept (07)Titres, notamment les Principes fondamentaux (Titre I); la Gouvernance de la biodiversité (Titre II); l’Agence française pour la biodiversité (Titre III); la gouvernance de la politique de l'eau (Titre IV); l’Accès aux ressources génétiques et partage juste et équitable des avantages (Titre V); les Espaces naturels et protection des espèces (Titre VI); Paysage: Sites; Paysages (Titre VII).

La présente loi porte Code pétrolier.
