Vente par expropriation forcée : La BOA veut faire couler la Sonacos | Land Portal

Le monde risque de s’effondrer sur la SONACOS, le 11 juillet prochain, si la vente de ses immeubles devient effective. C’est, en effet, le quotidien Soleil qui l’a annoncé dans son édition du week-end. Ceci fait suite à une décison rendue, le mercredi 20 juin dernier, par le juge Amadou Samba du tribunal de grande instance de Dakar qui autorise à la Banque of Africa de vendre cinq immeubles de la Sonacos SA.


La BOA, dirigée par Igor Diarra, ancien ministre des Finances du Mali, poursuit la société que dirige Pape Dieng pour une dette de de 2,100 milliards qu’elle reste lui devoir. La Sonacos a saisi les plus hautes autorités du pays pour empêcher la vente desdits immeubles afin d’éviter le pire.
