Jan Satyagraha 2012 is a movement of all those Indians (and millions of other people around the world) who dream of another India with equal opportunity, justice and peace. The Jan Satyagraha 2012 demands are that people have control over water, land and Forest. One Lakh (one hundred thousand) farmers, poor, intellectuals, youths, adivasis and dalits will travel 350 kilometers from Gwalior to Delhi to demand equal control over natural resources so that they can maintain their livelihood. The movement will also focus on activating the National Land Reform Council and bringing about the immediate resolution of land related disputes for millions of poor people.
