Petition: Bedford Biofuels to plant jatropha in the Tana Delta

This petition is on behalf of the indigenous communities within the Tana Delta, specifically the Lower Tana Delta Conservation Trust. Bedford Biofuels, a Canadian Company, has had their EIA approved by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) to begin a 10,000ha pilot project planting jatropha for biofuel.
