Killing of human rights defender Mr Vidal Nahaman Cabrera Tuch

It is with great sadness that ILC Secretariat has heard of the death of Vidal Nahaman Cabrera Tuch, an active member of the Juventud del Comité de Desarrollo Campesino - CODECA (an ILC member) working on issues related to wage conditions for campesinos, a just and dignified life for young people, land reform and nationalisation of electric energy in Guatemala.
